Can I return a purchase?
To be eligible for a return, you have 30 days after receiving your item(s) to request a refund. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your are eligible and additional instructions will be emailed to you. Your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
When will I receive my order?
Due to the timeline of ordering and manufacturing, generally give 2-4 weeks to receive your item(s). Feel free to check out our Facebook page for additional inventory updates or email email@example.com for a response specific to your order.
Do you offer international shipping?

What if I receive my item damaged?
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or wrong. We want to ensure that the issue is resolved asap!
Do you offer exchanges?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund on non-returnable items?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
What is a final sale item and do you offer refunds?
Final sale items are last chance inventory at the lowest price! Usually these items consists of seasonal items or out season styles. Unfortunately we do not accept returns on clearance, sale items or gift cards.
